• We’re acquiring more hectares of pristine land to expand our footprint and protect nature’s beauty.
• By decommissioning outdated public game trails, we’re enhancing tranquility, reducing litter, and creating a safer haven for wildlife.

2. Sustainable Forest Management Plan

• We're proudly working toward official recognition of our land as an "Eco Forest", ensuring its long-term ecological value.
• Properties over 10 hectares are encouraged to adopt sustainable practices, and for those over 20 hectares, a comprehensive management plan is a must!

3. Comprehensive Protection

• The land is to be safeguarded with tailored insurance solutions to cover all potential risks and liabilities, ensuring peace of mind for the future.

4. Thriving Plantations for a Greener Tomorrow

Exciting planting initiatives include:

• 200 multi-year oak trees planted using innovative methods.
• 120 lush shrubs to enrich the landscape.
• 0.5 hectares of golden sweet corn fields.
• 1 hectare dedicated to vibrant, pollinator-friendly perennial plants.
• 0.5 hectares of aromatic anise.

5. Smart Land Stewardship

We're taking proactive steps to manage our land efficiently:

• Partnering with a local farmer by offering 1 hectare for free cattle grazing.
• Installing strategic barriers to prevent unauthorized access and protect wildlife.
• Enhancing biodiversity with key initiatives such as:
  • Clearing overgrown bamboo and removing outdated fences.
  • Establishing mowing strips to attract birds and small mammals.
  • Allowing designated areas to grow naturally for ecosystem balance.
  • Thoughtfully adjusting mowing patterns to sustain food sources for birds.
  • Carving out accessible paths for visitors.
  • Managing climbing poppy growth to protect our towering trees while preserving biodiversity.
